Beginning in early 2009, the project's initiation required Existing Conditions to get a full background check to ensure the secure handling of the site.

The subsequent phase required Existing Conditions to be on-site during strict times, navigating stringent security measures while 3D laser scanning every intricate detail of the Chamber. This process was instrumental in successfully delivering all the project’s deliverables. In April 2009, Existing Conditions delivered interior 2D CAD drawings of superior quality.

This adaptability demonstrated Existing Conditions' commitment to meeting our client's needs while accommodating the unique demands of the U.S. Senate Chamber's environment.
